DAY 3: Killington, VT
This morning we introduce you to “New
England Cooks”, a captivating new Cable
TV concept that will have your taste buds
clamoring for just a morsel of a taste. Then
we stop at the Morse Farm. This attraction
deals specifically with the production of
Maple Syrup and other Maple products.
Enjoy the Vermont tradition of “Sugar On
Snow”. Their gift shop is extensive with
many wonderful Vermont made products
and crafts. After a lunch break you may
wish to save room for dessert until we
arrive at Ben and Jerry’s ice cream factory
and learn how 2 friends from high school
became entrepreneurs in the ice cream
industry. From here we head to the Rock of
Ages. This 600 foot deep, 50 acre quarry
is simply a spectacular site. You will drive
right up to the quarry and learn all about
its existence and the job security of its
workers due to its size and scope. Dinner at
a very special hidden secret where the view
almost outdoes the food, will bring our day
to an end. (B,D)

The Adams farm offers the ultimate
agricultural experience! Enjoy the views on
a narrated hayride through the maple grove
to a log cabin at the edge of the forest.

perspective “through the eyes of a farmer”.

the workings; past, present and future of
this 5th generation family farm. Adams
Farm features a store with farm produce
and Vermont products. Lunch is on your
