New York City
Discover the excitement of America’s “Big Apple”
DAY 1: Fly to Toronto, Ontario
From your local airport, you will fly to
Toronto today, with Westjet airlines. Upon
arrival, we have arranged an overnight
stay at the new Toronto Airport Sandman
Hotel, and so the shuttle will pick you up at
Pearson Airport and take you to the hotel.
DAY 2: New Columbia, Pennsylvania
This morning we are on our way to
excitement in the “Big Apple”, New
York City. Today we travel as far as New
Columbia, Pennsylvania, keeping us
refreshed for our early arrival in New York
City the next day.
DAY 3: New York, New York
Our day will begin with breakfast and
a quick morning drive into Manhattan.
Following a lunch stop, we enjoy a city
tour of Manhattan, to orient you with this
incredible city. This tour will travel into the
Quality Tours You Deserve
financial district of Manhattan including the
South Street Seaport, Wall Street and more.
In the evening, we rise above the landscape
at TOP OF THE ROCK: the newly renovated
Observation Deck on the 70th floor of 30
Rockefeller Plaza, in the heart of midtown
Manhattan at Rockefeller Center. The Top
of the Rock provides unparalleled views of
New York City. (CB)
DAY 4: New York, New York
We begin the day with a NBC Studio Tour
following breakfast at the hotel. The rest of
the day is free for you to enjoy the sights
of New York. Your Tour Director is available
to assist you with optional activities such
as a cruise on the Hudson River either in
the afternoon or in the evening to see the
lights of the city. Another popular option is
to acquire tickets to an evening Broadway
performance on your own. (CB)
DAY 5: New York, New York
Following breakfast, we travel to Battery
Park and board the ferry to Liberty Island,
for an up close look at Lady Liberty. You
may choose to disembark and stroll the
Statue of Liberty Monument grounds, and
then continue to Ellis Island where the
Ferry will depart from Ellis Island back to
Battery Park. Balance of day is free to enjoy
as you wish. The Metropolitan Museum of
Art, or Radio City Music Hall or a guided
tour of the United Nations Complex are just
some of the many options. (CB)
DAY 6: Toronto
Travelling across New York State today,
we stop for an included lunch, and we will
again cross the border at Niagara Falls,
following a stop at Duty Free. We arrive into
Toronto in the evening. (CB,L)
DAY 7: Home
Today the hotel shuttle will transfer you
back to Pearson Airport for your return flight
to your departure city.
